w sprawie jazd doszkalających

Zwracam się z zapytaniem w sprawie możliwości korzystania z jazd doszkalających przez kierowców posiadających prawo jazdy. Obecnie osoba posiadająca prawo jazdy nie ma prawa korzystać z jazd doszkalających w OSK. Ustawa teraz tego zabrania, ponieważ odsyła się kierowców posiadających prawo jazdy do ośrodka doskonalenia techniki jazdy, który został powołany do innych celów (szkolenie w ekstremalnych warunkach i na terenie wyłączonym z ruchu drogowego).
Dlaczego ktoś, kto potrzebuje doszkolić się nie może skorzystać z ośrodka szkolenia kierowców?
Przypominam, że trzyletni okres posiadania kategorii B prawa jazdy uprawnia do prowadzenia kategorii A1 z pełnymi tego konsekwencjami. Również ta grupa kierowców może być przeszkalania w ODTJ, które również nie są do tego powołane.
